Client Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable makeup experience, as well as the safety of everyone involved, please review the following guidelines:
- Down Payment: To hire me, a down payment of 50% of the total fee is required, and a contract will be signed.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please do so at least one month before your special day. If you cancel less than a month in advance, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. The one-month notice is necessary because that time was reserved specifically for you, and it is likely that another potential client has already hired a makeup artist during that period. - Pet Policy: For in-home appointments, it is essential that all pets are properly secured in a separate, safe area during the makeup application process. This ensures the safety of the client, the makeup artist, and the animal. Keeping the environment calm and free from distractions allows for better focus and precision when applying your makeup, while also preventing any potential accidents.
- Staying Still During Makeup Application: For the best possible results, it's important that clients remain as still as possible throughout the makeup process. Makeup application requires precision, and any unexpected movements such as personal conversations can affect the outcome. I’ll guide you through the process and make sure you’re comfortable, but staying relaxed and still is key to achieving the look we’ve designed together.
- Business & Professional Photo Sessions: For business or professional photoshoots, clients are responsible for bringing their own attire. Please ensure your clothing is professional, clean, and ready for the session. The makeup artist does not provide accessories or props, so plan accordingly for your shoot to achieve the desired look.
